Tarish Al Mansoori.

His Excellency Tarish Al Mansoori is the founder of Tarish AlMansoori Advocates & Legal Consultants. He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Private Law from the Dubai Police Academy, and brings over 25 years of experience — including a decade as Director-General of Dubai Courts, where he led judicial reforms, introduced innovations and aligned practice with global standards.

As a member of the Judicial Council of Dubai and the Executive Council of Dubai, and Vice-Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Institute Board, he has shaped judicial policy, legislative frameworks and legal education. His leadership was pivotal in managing the emirate’s judicial institutions and ensuring excellence across its legal sector.

Earlier in his career he held senior positions within the General Command of Dubai Police, including Deputy Director of the General Department of State Security and Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs. That breadth of institutional experience now informs every matter the firm takes on.
