Hala Mubarak is a highly experienced senior advocate with over 15 years of practice across criminal, commercial, real estate, labour, personal-status and medical-malpractice cases. She has worked with leading UAE firms, including Samira Gargash Law Office and Al Sabhan Group, representing clients before all levels of court, including the Court of Cassation.

Her work spans litigation and arbitration, family guidance, rental disputes and settlement negotiations. She manages cases across the Dubai Courts, Ministry of Justice, Federal Courts and Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, and appears before the Rental Disputes Settlement Centre, public prosecution and reconciliation centres.
